NRF 2026 is a rare chance for retailers to experience RAIN RFID in real retail use cases and explore the latest innovations firsthand. Across the NRF show floor, RAIN Alliance members will demonstrate how RAIN-enabled item-level visibility, automation, and smarter store operations come together to address everyday retail challenges.
At NRF, you’ll see how RAIN RFID helps teams know exactly what’s in stock, where items are, and how products move from receiving to the sales floor and into customers’ hands. From faster inventory counts and fewer out-of-stocks to smoother checkout and stronger loss prevention, the benefits are practical, measurable, and increasingly essential. Retailers can watch inventory being counted in seconds, follow items as they move through the store, and interact with RAIN-enabled smartphones and handheld devices that put accurate product data directly into associates’ hands. These live demonstrations make it easier to imagine how RAIN RFID fits into real stores, real teams, and real customer experiences.
Across booths, you’ll see different approaches to a shared challenge: knowing what’s available, where it is, and what needs attention—without slowing operations down. Some demos highlight overhead systems that quietly keep inventory up to date. Others focus on smart labels, mobile devices, or in-store visualizations that bring item-level data to life. Together, they paint a clear, compelling picture of retail with built-in visibility.
Whether you’re just getting started or expanding an existing deployment, NRF is the place to see what’s possible when RAIN RFID is put to work.
Below is a snapshot of RAIN Alliance members demonstrating at NRF 2026 and what retailers can expect to see.
RAIN Alliance Member Demonstrations at NRF 2026
Qualcomm Technologies
Qualcomm Technologies will showcase its Dragonwing Q-6690—the world’s first enterprise mobile processor with fully integrated RFID capabilities. In collaboration with partners, Qualcomm will demonstrate how RAIN RFID technology enables store associates to perform real-time inventory checks, verify SKUs, and make personalized recommendations, while also empowering customers through smartphone-sized devices that provide product information, comparisons, and seamless payment options.
ITL Group (Booth #1933)
ITL Group will be showcasing industry-leading RAIN RFID solutions, along with a new range of smart labeling technologies designed for the future of traceability, compliance, sustainability, and customer engagement, with a key focus on Digital Product Passport (DPP). This includes dual-technology tags, wash-resistant label options, and innovative solutions that enhance supply chain visibility without requiring heavy investment in hardware.
Impinj (Booth #3239)
Impinj welcomes attendees to explore state-of-the-art RAIN RFID retail solutions, spanning the entire item lifecycle from source to store. Impinj will feature autonomous supply chain integrity solutions, in-store overhead item-visibility systems, next-generation RAIN-enabled mobile devices, food freshness monitoring solutions, and retail self-checkout and loss-prevention systems. Impinj will also be showcasing the Impinj Gen2X innovation toolbox, which delivers the superior performance and protection that power the next generation of retail applications.
Beontag (Booth #4283)
Beontag will showcase a live end-to-end demo of its Retail Operations solutions, demonstrating how Beontag’s technologies enhance efficiency and visibility across the entire retail workflow: from inbound and outbound flows, store level visibility, automated inventory and product interaction for customer engagement.
Nedap (Booth #3121)
Nedap will demonstrate how RAIN RFID supports continuous inventory accuracy and loss prevention through hands-on booth demos, guided New York City store tours, and “Big Ideas” sessions featuring retailers such as Urban Outfitters and Bestseller.
Keonn (Booth #4983)
Keonn is taking innovation to the next level by introducing shopOS, a platform that aggregates all in-store sensor data (including RAIN RFID) into a unified relational core. This enables powerful queries and multiple types of visualizations, including an interactive 3D model of your store. Through this 3D view, you can see the exact position of every piece of furniture, the items inside each fixture, store associates, and even customer movement. All updated in real time!
Times-7
Times-7 will be attending NRF 2026, supporting retail RAIN RFID deployments with high-performance antenna solutions.
