Clairvoyant Technology develops software and hardware algorithms to drive down implementation and deployment cost of RFID solutions. Our research focusses on two aspects: (1) reducing radio and analog front end hardware complexity using novel techniques to push functionality into digital/software while maintaining the highest levels of linearity, sensitivity, and efficiency; and (2) expanding the application layer functionality through sophisticated physical layer processing such as inverse synthetic aperture radar for detection and classification of non-tagged objects moving through the interrogation zone as well as novel particle filter algorithms for very precise tag tracking features. Clairvoyant licenses its technology to OEM vendors striving to improve performance and reduce cost.
