RAIN: From Infrastructure to Impact
Powering Smarter Businesses, Smarter Lives
Call for Speakers
The RAIN RFID ecosystem is entering a new phase of innovation and scale. What began as a technology primarily used for inventory visibility has evolved into a must have foundational layer of real-time data about physical items, enabling new levels of automation, intelligence, and transparency across global industries.
Today, billions of RAIN-tagged items are generating data that powers smarter retail operations, more resilient supply chains, connected manufacturing, and safer healthcare systems.
At the same time, rapid advances in artificial intelligence and RAIN-enabled smartphones, alongside growing regulatory momentum around digital product passports and sustainability, are expanding the role of RAIN far beyond traditional tracking applications.
The next wave of deployments will combine RAIN RFID with AI analytics, IoT sensors, computer vision, and cloud data platforms to create intelligent systems capable of real-time decision-making and operational automation. Meanwhile, increasing integration with consumer smartphones and digital product identities is enabling new post-purchase experiences, product authentication, circular economy initiatives, and brand-to-consumer engagement.
We invite end users, technology innovators, solution providers, and industry leaders to share real-world case studies, deployment lessons, and forward-looking insights on how RAIN is transforming industries and enabling the rise of the intelligent item and enhanced customer experiences.
Submissions should focus on practical implementations, measurable outcomes, and lessons learned, highlighting how organizations are leveraging RAIN RFID to drive efficiency, sustainability, and new business models.
Topics of interest include (but are not limited to) the areas listed further below.
Agenda Overview:
