For the RFID market, Tamarack’s insertion systems have enabled converters to excel when producing RFID labels, tickets and tags for over 25 years with unmatched speed, precision and scalability.  Engineered for flexibility, the Tamarack MVW effortlessly supports production volumes from a single lane to six lanes—making it the ideal solution for both short runs and high-capacity operations.  Its modular architecture allows seamless integration inline with a press or as a standalone unit with advanced reinsertion capabilities for printed webs.  Configurations are available for wet and dry inlays and modules area available to produce any construction such as those which require overlamination, underlamination, transfer tape integration, hot melt coating, multiple die-cut stations, and ticket/tag dual-web coating capabilities.  The “M” in MVW stands for modular—and it truly is!

After insertion, the RFID label/ticket/tag is finished according to the customer’s requirements including encoding, the addition of variable data, and camera inspection—all in one streamlined process at fast production speeds and with multi-lane (up to 6 lane) capability.  Custom requirements are always welcome!
